Where do you ship from?
All parcels are sent by official post directly from Serbia to any country in the world, always with a tracking number.
How long does delivery take and how much does it cost?
Delivery time and cost depend on the destination country and the parcel weight (usually 7–14 days within Europe, 2–3 weeks to the USA and elsewhere). We calculate the exact cost and options and agree them with you at checkout.
How long does a made-to-order piece take?
On average 1 to 3 weeks depending on the complexity of the piece, the sculpting and the current order queue in the workshop.
